Responsibilities
What You Will Own & Deliver
- Lead the end-to-end engineering of customer-facing web apps and high-scale administrative portals from architecture to production launch.
- Develop modular, type-safe REST and GraphQL APIs with schema-first validation, rate limiting, and JWT/OAuth2 authentication.
- Optimize database schemas, write efficient complex SQL queries, and implement Redis caching strategies for sub-50ms API response times.
- Collaborate with AI researchers to deploy real-time vector embeddings search and automated multi-agent workflow triggers.
- Perform peer code reviews with a relentless focus on maintainability, readability, performance, and security best practices.
- Mentor mid-level and junior squad engineers through technical RFC discussions and architectural workshops.
Qualifications
Required Experience & DNA
- 4+ years of professional full-stack development experience shipping production web applications at scale.
- Expertise in TypeScript across both client-side React/Next.js and server-side Node.js environments.
- Solid understanding of relational database design (PostgreSQL), transactions, foreign key constraints, and indexing.
- Demonstrated experience with modern async architecture, WebSockets, background job queues (BullMQ/RabbitMQ), and Redis.
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker), automated CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions), and cloud basics (AWS/GCP).
High-Value Bonus Signals
- Experience with Golang or Python for high-performance data processing pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with Vector Databases (Milvus, Pinecone, Qdrant) or LangChain.
